West Bengal Staff Selection Commission has issued a recruitment notification 2012 for the recruitment of 218 Veterinary Pharmacist 139 Livestock Development Assistant 2 Surveyor. The following information will help the candidates to check their eligibility criteria for their desire post. Name & No. of Posts

Total numbers of posts are Three Hundred Fifty Nine (359) as the Veterinary Pharmacist/Pharmacist-Cum-Dresser, Livestock Development Assistant and Surveyor in the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission (WB SSC).

Minimum Age Limit/Experience and Qualification

Candidates can spoke, read and write Nepali “or” Bengali language and upper age limit are forty year as on 1st Jan, 2012 for all posts.

For the post of Veterinary Pharmacist/Pharmacist-Cum-Dresser

Candidates having passed senior secondary examination in the stream of science with Biology and two years diploma in veterinary pharmacist will be eligible.

For the post of Livestock Development Assistant

Candidates should have passed madhyamik examination of West Bengal board and one year’s course on prani sampad bikash prashikshan.

For the post of Surveyor

Candidates must be having cleared madhyamik examination of secondary education and National trade certificate on surveyorship with the minimum of three years experience.

 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected after getting merit in the common written test. After that candidates are liable to attend the skill test followed by typing test.

Mode of Submitting Application Form

Application will be filled by way of On-line “or” Off-line both.

On-Line Mode

Desired candidates can apply online with the help of WB SSC website www.wbssc.gov.in. At the time of filling application form the scanned passport size photograph, valid email id and signature will be required. Now fill up the application form and submit it. After that candidates can deposit application fee through any of the way, internet banking, debit and credit card.

Off-Line Mode

Candidates can download application format from the website of www.wbssc.gov.in. Fill it with required relevant details and send it to the address.

Important Dates

Last date of receiving/submission application is 17th Oct, 2012 up to 3.30 P.M.

Important instructions

Defective applications will be summarily rejected.Calculators, mobile phones and any other electronic thing are not allowed in the examination hall.Selected candidates are liable to produce original certificate of qualification with photocopy for the purpose of verification,Proof of date of birth as recorded in Madhyamik will be acceptable.No applications will be entertained after due date and time.
