Minimum Age Limit/Experience and Qualification

For the post Management Trainee (Integrated Materials Management & Technical)

Candidates should have full time bachelor’s degree of four years after 10+2 in technology/engineering with the discipline of Electrical/Computer Science/Aeronautical/Electronics/Production/Mechanical “or” Metallurgy with the minimum of 65% marks. Grad IIIE and AMAeSl courses with the minimum of 60% marks are also required.

For the post Management Trainee (Finance)

Candidates having bachelor’s degree with ICWA/CA will be eligible.

For the post Management Trainee (Human Resources)

Candidates should possess the bachelor’s degree with two years regular post graduation diploma/degree/MSW/MBA/MA in the discipline of Personnel Management/Human Resources “or” Industrial Relations with the minimum of 60% marks.

Selection Process for HAL Recruitment 2012

Eligible candidates are requested to appear for an on-line test of 2½ hour’s duration with objective type of questions at their own expense. Time, Venue and date of on-line test will be communicated by admit card, downloaded from the HAL website is www.hal-india.com. The decision of HLC managing authority will be final in all respect.
