Guru Angad Dev Veterinary & Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) is present a career opportunity to 52 energetic Indian citizens in the post of Professor/Senior Animal Geneticist/Associate Professor/Deputy Director (Training)/Assistant Professor/Assistant Nutritionist and Meat Technologist.

Eligibility Criteria

Matriculation examination passed with Punjabi as one subject is also one of the common eligibility for all posts & Age of candidates will be more than 18 years.

For the post Professor/ Senior Animal Geneticist

Candidates should have Ph.D and an eminent scholar actively engaged in extension/teaching/research with minimum 10 publications as research/book and policy papers experience.

For the post Associate Professor/ Deputy Director (Training) (AT KVK)

Candidates having Ph.d Degree with the minimum of eight years experience in the relevant area will be eligible.

For the post Assistant Professor

Candidates should possess the B.F.Sc /B.V.Sc & A.H/B.Sc/B.Tech/ B.V.Sc/Master degree with the minimum of 55% marks in the relevant area and have NET cleared with one publication in NAAS.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis performance given in education qualification career and time period of experience. After that shortlisted candidates will be liable to attend the interview process. The selection committee may organize the common written test if it so required.
