There are backlog vacancies for Assistant Professor of Gastroenterology and Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology which is earmarked for OBC candidates. Salary in AIIMS for Assistant Professor is in Pay Scale of Rs.15,600-39,100/- plus NPA for Medical candidates. Age limit is of 50 years, which is relax-able for SC/ ST/ OBC and for Government Servant.
