Eligibility Criteria for Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment

Candidates should have passed minimum matriculation examination “or” ITI and should have attained the minimum of 18 years but not more than 33 years as on 1st Jan, 2013. Relaxation is given to reserved community as per category wise, in advertisement.

Selection Process for Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment

First step of selection is common competitive written exam of 150 objective type questions, held on communal dates. Candidates who get highest marks in it will be shortlisted for Physical efficiency test followed by verification of documents. After that qualified candidates will be the subject of Medical test.

Mode of Submitting Application Form

Interested candidates can type on A4 size good quality paper the application format (given in annexure-VI of the advertisement). Fill this form with the required personal details by using only English “or” Hindi fonts with black ball point pen/black pen and ensure that no one column be left blank. Candidates are liable to mention the post name upon the envelope. After that duly filled application should be sent through ordinary post along with photocopy of the minimum eligibility documents like as age/special community/experience/PH as proof to the following address given in below.Important Dates

Closing date of receipt of submission application is 23rd Nov, 2012 up to 17.30 hrs.Closing date for Nicobar Lakswadeep and Andaman are 7th Dec, 2012 up to 17.30 hrs.

Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere on NFR.Candidates are requested to submit one application only.There is also a negative marking in the written exam for any wrong answers.Candidates are requested to send their application in advance before the 23rd Nov, 2012.Selection committee has reserved the right to change the notification without giving any further notice.RRC Guwahati will not conduct the interview.
