Prescribed qualification Eligibility for Teaching Posts

For the post, Dean: Candidates should have doctoral degree in the relevant discipline with the minimum of eight years experience as a professor.For the post Plant Pathologist/Scientist/Associate Professor/Joint Director: Candidates having relevant doctoral degree with the minimum of eight years experience after Ph.D is eligible.For the post Assistant- Scientist/Breeder/Professor/Engineer & Junior- Pedologist/Agronomist: Candidates should have Master’s Degree with the minimum of 55% marks in the relevant area with NET clearance.

Prescribed qualification Eligibility for Non-Teaching Posts

Knowledge of Sanskrit “or” Hindi language is one of the common eligibility for all posts.

For the post Sr. Medical Officer: Candidates should have M.S/M.D degree with the minimum of five years experience as a medical officer.For the post Public Relations Officer: Candidates having master’s degree/diploma in Journalism/Communications/Public Relations with at least ten years experience will be eligible.

For the post Drawing & Craft Teacher

Candidates should have bachelor degree/B.Ed with the minimum of 50% marks.

For the post, Junior Engineer (Civil): Second class diploma in Civil engineering with one-year experience will be the eligibility of this post.For the post Training Assistant: Candidates should have B.Sc with three years experience.

Selection Procedure

The selection committee may short list the candidates for an interview by holding a written test.
