Orissa PSC invites applications for the following posts:

Job Designation: Lecturer

Number of Positions: 10 (Ten)

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- Grade Pay Rs.4600/-

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have possessed Master’s Degree in relevant discipline or its equivalent Examination with at least 55% of marks from recognized  University/Educational Institution. Provided that candidate in possession of Ph.D. Degree or  experience as a performing Artist and teaching experience in a Government or recognized Institution  will be given preference.

Age Limit: 32 Years

Location of Posting: Cuttack

Application Fee: Candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs.300/-(Rupees  three hundred) only. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe of Odisha only are exempted from payment of this fee. Candidates are required to take a printout of finally submitted online Application for  future use and take printout of online chalan (pay- in- slip) for payment of requisite fee at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). The fee paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances  nor can the fee be adjusted or held in reserve for any other examination or recruitment.

How To Apply For Opening: Candidates must apply online from 21.08.2012 to 01.10.2012. Candidates are required to send the Printout/Hard copy of the Online Application Form along with specified documents/ certificates etc. as provided  of this Long  Advertisement along with OPSC copy of challan showing payment of examination fee, by  Registered Post/Speed Post/Courier Service to the Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service  Commission, 19, Dr. P.K. Parija Road, Cuttack-753001 so as to reach the same in the OPSC on  or before 12.10.2012. The S.C. and S.T. candidates are not required to enclose the copy of  challan showing payment of fee.
