Total numbers of vacant seats are 107 in the department of Kolkata Police Hospital as the M.O/Dentist/Dy. Nursing Supdt/Sister in Charge/Nurse/Dietician-cum-Stewart/Physiotherapist/Pharmacist/X-ray Technician/Pathologist (Lab Tech) and E.C.G Technician on the contractual basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Age of candidates will not be more than 50 years for all posts. Only in the case of specialist doctors it will be not exceeded from 65 years.

For the post, Medical Officer (Specialist)

Candidates having post graduation at the age not exceeding the 65 will be eligible.

For the post, Medical Officer (General Duty)

Candidates should have MBBS degree with the minimum of one-year Housestaffship.

For the post Deputy Nursing Supdt (Grade-I)/Sister in charge [Grade-I (II)] and Dietician cum Steward

Candidates should posses the degree of B.Sc in the relevant discipline.

For the post, Grade-II Nurse

Candidates having GNM will be eligible.

For the post Pathologist (Lab Tech) and E.C.G Technician/ Pharmacist/X-ray Technician/ Physiotherapist

Candidates should have passed from the government recognized centre.

Selection Process

The merit list of selection is the based on the interview, education academic records and duration of experience. The total number of marks is 100. At the time of verification of documents the original eligibility certificates will be required as proof.
