Job Designation: Managing Director (Accessories Complex)

Pay Scale: Rs.75,000-1,00,000

Educational Qualification: The candidate should be graduate in Engineering or equivalent preferably in Aeronautical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/institution. He should have adequate experience at a senior level in a large organisation of repute. He should preferably have managerial experience in manufacture, overhaul and maintenance of aircraft, aero-engines and their accessories. He should also be capable of handling management problems including human relations and promoting good industrial relations and inter-divisional coordination. Persons with experience in dealing with Aeronautics Electronics projects would have added advantage.

Job Duties: Managing Director (Accessories Complex) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman. He is the Functional and Administrative head of four large manufacturing divisions at Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kanpur and Korwa each headed by a General Manager. He maintains effective liaison with the IAF and other Customers, Ministries, Departments of Government and Design, Development and Inspection Agencies.
