1. Degree from a recognised University or equivalent.
2. Twelve years experience out of which minimum three years experience in Personnel Management and Administration or Mass Media Management or Mass Media Development in Government or Autonomous Organizations.Desirable Qualification:
1. Two years Diploma in Film Production or Direction,Cinematography,Editing,Sound Recording.
2. Diploma in Mass Communication with knowledge on production or Direction etc.Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of the applications.
