• Design and implement the talent management framework and strategies to support the organizational strategy and corporate goals• Design and developing innovative and high-impact talent management programs and processes to improve the depth and diversity of leadership talent.• Facilitate and participate in key talent identification and succession planning sessions for all functions.• Building Talent pipeline at the mid to senior levels with focus on identification and conceptualizing relevant leadership development programs.

• Carrying out periodic talent analytics and share the insights with the leadership team.

• Developing and implementing plans for addressing succession gaps for critical roles in the business

• Responsible for providing deep functional expertise for creating an empowering culture of learning and capability development to meet the strategic human capital requirements

• Identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps.
